ONAC Membership Information & Instructions:

For your legal protection, all Medicine Path Healing Medicine Ceremony participants must be card carrying members of our mother church (ONAC). If you do not have an ONAC membership card, please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the online ONAC membership application. Before filling out the online application, have the following ready to upload:
    1. a photo of yourself for your Membership card,
    2. a copy of your driver's license or identification card,
    3. a digital copy of the ONAC Letter of Approval with your name & date signed by Medicine Path.
  2. Read and agree to the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics
  3. Fill out your contact information, select the $30 option called "Membership for Existing Members of Independent Branches" and upload your photo, license/ID photo, and completed ONAC Letter of Approval.
  4. Submit form and make your $30 payment to ONAC via PayPal or credit card.

Your ONAC Membership card should arrive in about 2 weeks. You should receive a welcome email from ONAC, check your spam if you don't see it. Please contact ONAC by email at onacmembers@gmail.com with questions about this process.

Once your ONAC Membership card arrives, please email a copy/picture of it to info@medicinepath.org.
